A dimension is like...well it's how we're on a world right here...but it's not yours. It's another Dimension or "Another world."

Oh, there's plenty of 'supernatural' in dimension hopping.

Think of it like how spirits have another world. This one is just farther away from your world than that one.

You know my cousin Pico, he had this crush on a lady Pandamon, and his parents were just absolutely against him dating not only a perfect level but a puppet Digimon? I am Norse, that's why. There's a bit more of a blur in the line. There's still definitely a line, but it has a few holes in it.
